Registration
How do I register to attend the MEIDAM Congress 2026?
To register at MEIDAM Congress 2026, please click here.
You will be prompted to create your login details and complete your registration.
If you encounter any difficulties with registration, please contact meidam@dwtc.com who will be happy to help.
If I book my Congress ticket online, how do I collect my badge?
Upon completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation email that your registration is successful. A bar code will be sent to you by email closer to the show.
Where can I review my registration information?
From the email confirmation that was sent to you after completing the registration process.
I would like to register a group of more than 10 participants, could you kindly assist?
To book for a group of 10 or more you can email Dheerender.Rawat@dwtc.com. Please note that each registration requires a unique email address, and therefore you will need to provide the email address of each person who wishes to receive a badge.
What is the cancellation policy for event registration(s)?
Cancellations on or before 30th April 2026will be processed after a deduction of 15% which is to cover our administration costs and cancellation charges of external suppliers.
– 50% cancellation fee for the request received between 1st May 2026 to 14th August 2026.
– Cancellations after 15th August 2026 will forfeit the entire fee.
– Cancellations and requests for cancellations must be notified in writing to the MEIDAM Congress Secretariat at meidam@dwtc.com.
What is the refund policy for event registration(s)?
Refund Policy for cancellations received till 15th August 2026, will be settled directly through the mode of payment used during registration with an average time of 60 days post the event dates.

I am now unable to attend the event, how do I cancel my registration?
To cancel your registration kindly email Dheerender.Rawat@dwtc.com on or before 15th August 2026
If I am unable to attend the event, can someone substitute for me, or could I receive a credit for a future event?
If you are unable to attend the congress, a substitute can attend on behalf of you. However, you have to email meidam@dwtc.com before the congress date.
Can I register an accompanying person?
Yes. You can include them while completing your registration. Please click here

Where can I find out the details of what is happening at the event?
I would require a visa support letter. Can you send me one?
Yes. We can send you an electronic visa letter provided you have completed registration for MEIDAM Congress 2026. Please send an email to meidam@dwtc.com to get your letter

Where do I park at the DWTC Convention Centre?
Within the DWTC complex, take advantage of the extensive multi-story parking facilities for around 5,000 cars as well as several free parking areas around the venue. Is there Wi-Fi available at the event?
The venue is Wi-Fi enabled. By registering your email address, you can access @DWTC-Free-WiFi for free.
If you are an Exhibitor and require sole use of a secure wireless connection, you can speak with our official internet service provider via the Exhibitor Operations Manual, which you can access in the Exhibitor Portal.
How do I find my way around the MEIDAM exhibition halls?
At the venue, you will be guided by various directional signages that will lead you to MEIDAM Exhibition halls and there will be information points throughout the venue with staff who can assist you.

How can I access Exhibitor information?
Exhibitors who have booked a stand can access their onboarding information via the MEIDAM Congress Exhibitor Portal.
When does the build-up of the event start, and when are the breakdown deadlines?
Exhibitors can view the exhibition timetable in the MEIDAM Exhibitor Operations Manual. Visit MEIDAM Congress website regularly to get updates on when this information becomes available
I can’t get into the Exhibitor Portal, how do I get access?
If you have already signed your contract as an Exhibitor, you should have already received your login details. If you need any further assistance, we will be happy to help.

Will the CME Credit certificates be distributed onsite during the conference?
CME credit certificates can be claimed online or in the MEIDAM Congress Mobile Application.
How many CME points will I get?
CME credit points are awarded based on participation in the learning activities. Visit the MEIDAM Congress website regularly to get updates on when this information becomes available

When will the attendance certificates be available? And will it be distributed onsite during the conference?
Digital attendance certificates will be available 33 days after the congress. Using your registered email address, you can be able to download your certificate.
